Why this sells

You are not talking businesses into something they do not need. You are handing them the fix for a problem they already feel every day.

• Every missed call is money walking out the door. Service businesses lose real revenue to calls that ring out, voicemails no one returns, and inquiries that come in after hours. A booked appointment they would have lost pays for the whole subscription many times over.
• Front desks are overloaded. Staff cannot answer every call, chat, and message while also handling the people in front of them. An always-on AI agent takes the repetitive load off them, which owners feel immediately.
• The demand is broad. Dentists, med spas, chiropractors, optometrists, physical therapy clinics, veterinary offices, home services, and any appointment-based business all have the same gap: callers who never become customers. That is a large market you can walk into.
• It answers in any language, around the clock. No lunch breaks, no sick days, no missed nights or weekends. For a lot of owners that alone is enough to say yes.

The rates

The same rates on every plan. Earn on year one, then keep earning for as long as every client keeps paying.

How you get paid

Fast, and on a schedule you can count on.

• Monthly clients: commissions are paid once a month, on the 15th, for the previous month's cleared payments.
• Annual clients: your 25% first-year commission is paid on the 15th, after a 60-day hold from when their payment clears. Each renewal residual is paid the same way.
• Residuals continue for as long as the client keeps paying while you stay active. Staying active just means recording at least one sale in any rolling twelve months. If a client cancels, their commission stops.
• Your code gives every client $15 off their first payment, so you are handing them something real, not just a tracking link.
• A $50 minimum applies. Anything below that rolls over to the next run, so you are never paid in fragments.
• Payouts go out by direct deposit to your bank account. You give us your details on the payout form you upload with your other documents, so we can pay you as soon as you are approved.

How to join

You sell. We handle everything else.

Your job is simple: introduce the business and close the sale. We take it from there.

• We do all the setup. Every install is handled by YieldHQ, loading the knowledge base, configuring the agent, connecting integrations, and going live. You never touch a dashboard, and you never quote or collect a setup fee.
• Just send them to book with us. When your client is ready, point them to our scheduling link or hand us their details. We build it directly with them.
• You still earn your full commission. Whether or not the client buys setup, you earn 25% on their subscription for the first year, then 15% for as long as they keep paying. Setup is ours to handle and ours to charge.
• No installs, no support tickets, no tech headaches. You focus on what makes you money: selling. We handle quality, so every client you send gets a great result and stays subscribed, which protects your commission.

Program terms

The short version. The full, binding terms live in the Partner Agreement you sign.

• Commission. You earn 25% of the subscription price for the first 12 months, then 15% for as long as the client keeps paying, on both monthly and annual plans. Commission is calculated on the plan price only, not on add ons, usage or overage charges, or setup fees.
• Setup is handled by YieldHQ. We perform all setup and onboarding, on every plan. You refer setup requests to us, you do not perform, quote, or collect setup fees. Setup fees are charged and kept by YieldHQ, and your commission is unaffected by them.
• The client has to stay. If a referred client cancels, downgrades, or stops paying, commission stops or adjusts with them. You are paid on money we actually collect.
• Reversals get clawed back. If a payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back after you were paid on it, that amount is deducted from your next payout, or refunded to us if no further payouts are due.
• New customers only. Commission is paid on businesses that are new to YieldHQ. Referring yourself, your own business, or an existing customer or active lead does not earn commission.
• No brand bidding. You may not run paid ads on the YieldHQ name or on our branded search terms, and you may not present yourself as YieldHQ, or register domains, social handles, or email addresses using our name.
• Say only what is true. You may describe what our AI agents actually do. You may not guarantee results, promise specific revenue, promise search rankings, or make medical, legal, or financial claims on our behalf. Anything you say about YieldHQ is your responsibility, and misleading claims end the partnership.
• Follow the law. No spam, no purchased email lists, no unsolicited calls or texts that violate applicable rules. Disclose that you earn a commission when required to.
• You are an independent contractor. This program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between you and YieldHQ. You control how and when you work.
• Taxes are yours. We do not withhold taxes. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year and you are a US person, we will issue a Form 1099-NEC. We cannot pay you until we have your completed tax form on file.
• Either side can end it. You or YieldHQ may end this arrangement at any time. If we end it because of a violation of these terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Otherwise, commission already earned on active clients will be paid out on the normal schedule.
• Terms can change. We may update this program with reasonable notice by email. Changes apply going forward, not to commissions already earned.

Questions people ask

• Do I need to be a customer? No. Anyone can refer, though people who have used the product tend to sell it best.
• What if my client upgrades? Your commission follows what they pay. If they move from Pro to Premium, your commission grows with them, at whatever rate applies that year.
• What keeps me active? Just one sale in any rolling twelve months. Your first-year commissions are always yours. Your 15% residuals keep flowing as long as you stay active. If a full year passes with no sale, they pause, and resume the moment you are active again. After two years of no activity, we may close out the residuals.
• How do I know my referrals are tracked? The code is attached to their subscription at checkout, so it is recorded permanently, not dependent on a cookie or a click.
• Do I have to pay to join? No. The program is completely free to join, and you never have to buy anything to earn. We run all demos, and we handle Premium and health-adjacent setups.
• When do I actually see money? Payouts run once a month, on the 15th, for the prior month. Your first commission lands on the first 15th after your client's payment clears.
• Do I handle setup? No, we do. You refer the client and we build everything, the knowledge base, the agent, the integrations, on every plan. Just send them to our scheduling link. This keeps your job simple: sell and introduce, we handle the rest.
