YieldHQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website yieldhq.ai and provides Google Business Profile management and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- When you request a free audit: your name, business name, mobile phone, email, city, type of business, website (optional), the best time to call, your preferred language, and whether you want email tips
- Anything you tell us by email, phone, text or in person
- When you become a client: the information needed to deliver our services, such as your business address, hours, services, photos and who approves our work. We never ask for your Google password.
Information collected automatically
- Basic website usage data such as pages visited, device type, browser, and approximate location from your IP address, recorded by our website host
- How you found us (the referring website or campaign tags in the link), saved with your audit request
- A small setting stored in your browser so the opening animation plays only once. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads
Payment information
- We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare your free audit and to call, text or email you about it
- To provide the paid services you request, including setting up and managing your Google Business Profile, Apple Maps and Bing listings
- To send service messages, reports and invoices
- To send email tips, only if you opted in
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
Calls and Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your audit request or your service. We do not send automated marketing texts without your separate consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Marketing Emails
We send marketing emails only if you check the box asking for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Our Clients’ Customers
When a client uses The Engine, we send review requests and missed-call texts on that client’s behalf, in the client’s business name. We use their customers’ names and phone numbers only to send those messages, never for our own marketing. The client’s own privacy policy applies to its customers.
Health Information
Our website does not collect health information, so please do not include patient or health details in our forms. For medical, dental and med spa clients, we handle patient contact details only under a signed HIPAA business associate agreement.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, Google Workspace (email and form storage), payment processors, and email or text platforms
- Authorities, when the law requires it
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged
- Anyone else, only with your permission
How Long We Keep Information
We keep audit requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. We keep client records for as long as we work together, and afterward for as long as tax and legal rules require. We then delete or anonymize them.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You can stop texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and ask us not to call you. Contact us at hi@yieldhq.ai, and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will show the latest version.
