Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website yieldhq.ai and the services provided by YieldHQ. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a Client Service Agreement with us, that agreement governs your paid services and controls wherever it differs from these Terms.

1. Services

YieldHQ provides Google Business Profile setup, management, optimization, and related services (including Apple Maps and Bing listings, review management, posts, and optional automation features). Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are described on the website and in the Service Agreement you sign when you become a client.

2. Free Profile Audit

The free profile audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Results are based on publicly available information and our review at the time of the audit. The audit is general information, not legal advice. We do not guarantee any specific rankings or outcomes, and we may decline an audit request for any reason.

3. How We Contact You

When you request an audit or contact us, you agree that we may call, text or email you at the details you give us about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Client Accounts and Access

When you become a client, you remain the sole owner of your Google Business Profile and related listings. You grant YieldHQ Manager-level access only. You may revoke that access at any time. We never ask for your Google password.

5. Payments and Cancellation

Pricing and payment terms are shown on the website and confirmed in your Service Agreement.

• Month-to-month plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. The current month is non-refundable.
• Annual plans may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable. At the end of the year, the plan continues month to month unless you renew for another year or cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
• The Kickstart is paid before work begins. It is fully refundable if you cancel in writing before work begins, and non-refundable after that.

6. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee search rankings, review volume, AI recommendations (including ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity), or any specific business results. Rankings and AI answers depend on many factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithms and the actions of third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, photos, and approvals needed for us to perform the services. Delays caused by you may extend timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content, logo, photos, and profile. Content we create for your profile (descriptions, posts, etc.) is provided for your use on your listings. Our website content, process documents, and branding remain our property.

Google, Apple Maps, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are trademarks of their owners. YieldHQ is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Using This Website

Please give accurate information in our forms, and do not use the website to send spam, harmful code or anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works. The website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldHQ’s total liability arising out of or related to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us any fees, our total liability is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Third-Party Services

Our work depends on third parties such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, and telephone carriers. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, policy changes, or outages.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms in the signed Service Agreement. Upon termination we will remove our Manager access. You keep everything we built on your profile.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes do not alter a signed Service Agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
